Refund and Cancellation Policy

This covers refunds and cancellations for anything you pay for here, the title report and the five tools alike. It is written to match how the product actually works.

What a payment buys

A payment of Rs 49 buys the full result for one document you have already previewed: either the Title-cum-Search Report, or the full output of one of the five tools. Delivery is instant and digital, and a report is generated and saved to your My documents right after payment.

Cancelling before delivery

Your report is generated within seconds of payment going through, so there is no gap between paying and receiving it in which to cancel. If you close the tab before paying, you have not been charged and there is nothing to cancel.

Cash on delivery

AdvocateDesk sells a digital report. There is no physical product to ship, so cash on delivery does not apply. Payment is required before a report is generated.

If payment goes through but the report does not arrive

Your payment is safe. Your paid state is held against your account, so re-upload the same files and the report is generated at no extra charge. You will not be asked to pay again.

If the report still cannot be delivered after that, email us and we will refund the payment in full to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

After the report is delivered

Because delivery is instant and digital, we do not refund a report once it has been delivered and saved to your account.

The one exception is a duplicate or double payment. If you were charged more than once for the same report, we refund the extra charge in full.

How to request a refund

Email msiddhu08@gmail.com with the payment id shown to you at checkout or in your payment receipt. We reply within two business days and process approved refunds within 5 to 7 business days.
